If you want to tone up, build strength, lose weight, learn a self defence, boost your fitness levels and look great for Summer, then SAMA kickboxing classes are for you!

Our classes provide a great all round body workout in a friendly atmosphere and are great for both men and women.

Beginners are very welcome

Because we have a structured class system you won't feel out of your depth. You will start on the basics working at your own pace until you build stamina.

Our instructors are approachable and make sure you receive guidance when it comes to your training. Within the classes you will train to motivating music and all equipment is provided for you.

Our classes are Pay-As-You-Go

Our kickboxing classes are £6.00 per lesson pay-as-you-go. This means if you are not able to make the class one week for any reason you do not pay.

SAMA Kickboxing clases are motivating

Gain self-confidence, increase energy and learn a self-defence. Our classes will motivate you as they incorporate many different training routines including skipping, stretching, footwork, shadow boxing, kick shields, exercise, focus pads and more.

Kickboxing is known as an excellent form of stress relief

Kickboxing inspired workouts have found to improve strength, aerobic fitness and flexibility. The variety of movements used in kick boxing can sharpen reflexes, improve co-ordination and also improve balance. In addition, this type of exercise can burn an average of 500 to 800 calories an hour as opposed to the 300 to 400 calories typically burned by the average fitness class.

If sparring and fighting in the ring is your goal

We offer regular sparring and ring craft sessions for those students interested in this. You also have the opportunity to fight in full contact or light continuous kickboxing competitions. Remember sparring and fighting is not for everyone so this is optional.

How to Enrol

How to enrol at a class

  • Click on our venues page to find your nearest class.
  • No need to pre-book for our classes.
  • Wear suitable clothing and bring a drink.
  • Come along 15 minutes prior to the class start time.
  • Book in with the class instructor.


At the first lesson we require you to complete a simple medical/registration form. If you would prefer to print off a form to be filled in at home click here. Please hand the completed form to the class instructor before your first class.
